Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 14 days from the date your order is received. To qualify for a return, items must show no evidence of wear and tear (new and unused condition), and this requirement extends to the packaging as well. The original box must also be returned undamaged. Additionally, all components that were part of the original order must be included in your return. If an item has been used, it must be in a condition that reflects minimal use and must include all components and packaging that were part of the original order.
To initiate a return, please email Support@dylnk.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a return label has been issued, you are required to ship the item out within 15 days of receiving the label. The return package must be scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier (with tracking information) within this 15-day window. Returns that are shipped out beyond the 15-day period will not be accepted. Please note a 10% restocking fee will be initiated on all returns. International orders are non-returnable.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
